A Model City man has pleaded guilty to soliciting sex from an undercover cop posing as a 15-year old girl. 22 year old Zachary Johnson entered his plea Tuesday to a single count of solicitation of sexual exploitation by electronic means. A second count against Johnson was dismissed because the cellphone containing a pornographic image he allegedly sent was not retained. Judge Jerry Beck sentenced him to 11 months 29 days in jail. He was ordered to pay a 3 thousand dollar sexual offender surcharge and a 200 dollar fine. Johnson will be added to the Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry for a minimum of 10 years. (jb)
