The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered child alert for a 12 year old Johnson City boy. Joao Kleber Martins Guimaraes and his mother, 30 year old Jesian Martins Nixon failed to appear in court Tuesday morning. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
