Two Teens Charged With Extortion
Two teenagers have been arrested and charged with extortion. It began with a phone call from Zachary Marshall to the sister of 19 year old Jessee Robinson. He told the woman that if she wanted to see her brother again, she needed to give him 15 thousand dollars in ransome money. The amount was finally negotiated down to 2,500 dollars and a meeting was set for a parking lot on Eastern Star Road. Sullivan County deputies found both men inside of a car, and arrested both. (jb)
