A Kingsport woman has been jailed after Vice Detectives conducted a search on her home. Amelia Gayle Dugger has been charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold and having drugs within one thousand feet of a school. Police found several bottles containing Oxycodone and Clonazapam at the Lewis Lane residence. (jb)
