A retired Johnson City psychiatrist is due in court this morning to face charges of sexual assault against a child. Johnson City police were tipped off by Forsyth County, Georgia authorities that 74 year old Dr. John Neal was wanted there for sexual molestation and sexual battery. Neal practiced psychiatry for 50 years before retiring his license. Authorities plan on extraditing Neal to face the Georgia allegations. (jb)
