Santa's Plans For Kingsport & The Santa Train
It's hard to believe the Santa Train will be arriving this Saturday in Kingsport. The traditional Christmas Parade will follow the 3:08 PM arrival of Santa. Line up for the parade will begin at one o'clock you must enter Main Street from Sullivan Street in downtown Kingsport. The downtown model city parade follows a traditional CSX Santa Train trip thru Eastern Kentucky and Southwest Virginia. Entry forms are still available on the Kingsport chamber's website for the parade. The parade route will wind through the business district of Downtown Kingsport and finally disband at the corner of Wexler and Market Streets.(CS)
