The Elizabethton Police Dept. Specialized Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team presented their evidence to Carter County Grand Jury in connection with the October 11th death of a four-year-old child on Broad Street. The child mother, Tiffany Marie Holston has been charged with 1st degree murder and aggravated child endangerment. Holston was taken into custody shortly after the grand jury action and booked into the Carter County Jail. She has been arraigned in criminal court and bond set at $50,000.(CS)
