Investigators have arrested a Gray man on Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property charges. 38 year old Britt Thomas is alleged to have stolen items from a neighbor and sell it to another resident in his apartment complex. Johnson City police Investigator Bret Richardson developed Thomas as a suspect early on in the investigation. He was arrested and booked into the county detention center under a 20 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
