A grand jury has returned indictments against a Wise County, Virginia woman and her boyfriend in the death of her 2 year old daughter. Brandie Baldwin and Juwan Moore are charged in the October death of Emma Marie Baldwin. Moore and Baldwin were arraigned Wednesday. Baldwin has been chargted with felony murder and three counts of felony child neglect. Juwan Moore is charged with one count of capital murder and two counts of felony child abuse. (jb)
