FBI Descend Upon Greeneville Home
Scores of FBI Agents gathered at a home on Rainbow Circle in Greeneville Wednesday afternoon. The agents were using metal detectors in a systematic search of the home's backyard. Kevin Keithly of the Johnson City FBI field office says that the investigation involves a civil rights matter and the shooting of a 15 year old male in 2006. A Greene County deputy shot the juvenile as he was trying to escape capture . Greene County Sheriff Steve Burns says that he has been aware of the investigation and that his department is cooperating with the FBI. (jb)
