Santa Train Packed And Ready To Go
The 70th Annual Santa Train is ready to roll through Appalachia this weekend. Volunteers will gathered Wednesday at Food City on North Eastman Road in Kingsport to pack the tote boxes full of toys, gifts, and clothing. The train will pull out of Kingsport Friday afternoon and head to Pikeville, Kentucky where it will begin it's journey Saturday morning. The train is expected back in Kingsport around 3:00 o'clock. Model City's annual Christmas Parade will kick off right after the trains arrival. (jb)
