Funeral Today For Sullivan Deputy
Funeral services will be held today for the Sullivan County Sheriff's deputy killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday. 28 year old Albert Lee Campbell was killed when he swerved to miss a car turning on Highway 126. His motorcycle clipped the rear of the car, throwing him from the motorcycle. A pickup traveling in the opposite direction ran over Campbell. Friends will be received from 5 until 7:45 at the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be held at 8:00 o'clock. He will be buried at noon Friday at Mountain View Cemetary. Members of the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office will serve as honorary pallbearers. (jb)
