WISE CO MURDER CHARGE
A GRAND JURY HAS INDICTED TWO PEOPLE WITH THE MURDER OF A TODDLER IN WISE COUNTY. CHIEF DEPUTY COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY ADRIAN COLLINS. THE MOORE AND BALDWIN WERE REMANDED WITHOUT BOND. JUWAN MOORE’S CAPITOL MURDER CHARGE COULD HAVE A STIFF SENTENCE. THE TWO WERE CHARGED AFTER TWO-YEAR-OLD EMMA BALDWIN WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL UNRESPONSIVE AND WITH SEVERAL INJURIES IN EARLY OCTOBER. SHE DIED SHORTLY AFTER AT CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL IN KNOXVILLE.
