NEWL DOTSON IS THE DIRECTOR OF HARVEST CHILDRCARE MINISTRIES LOCATED IN DUFFIELD, VIRGINIA HE SAYS THE CHILDREN ON TOTALLY DEPENDANT ON DONATIONS….
