A Greeneville lawyer is being held in the Greene County jail on a contempt of court charge. Judge Kindall Lawson ordered 34 year old Duncan Cates Cave be held until he complied with the court's instructions. According to the order Cave continually and willfully failed to comply with an order of the court. He also failed to appear in court on a show cause order. (jb)
