Motion Filed To Revoke Bond In Vehiclular Homicide Case
A motion was filed in Washington County, Tennessee court Thursday to revoke bond on a man after he received a domestic charge. 21 year old Brandon Pickering is free on a 100 thousand dollar bond in a fatal crash where his fiancée was killed. His blood alcohol level was .08 after the May 10th crash on New Victory Road that killed Brittany Hankal. The most recent charge of domestic intimidation involves his current girlfriend. Pickering is alleged to have been drinking in that incident. He will be in court November 30th for a motions hearing on whether to increase or revoke his bond. (jb)
