The Tennessee Department of Transportation will hold two public hearings next month on the State Route 126 project in Sullivan County. Proposed modifications to Memorial Boulevard will be shared at the December 11th meetings. The first meeting will be at 11:30 at the Kingsport Civic Auditorium. The second public hearing will be at 6;00 o’clock at the Sullivan Central High School Gym. (jb)
