Another Cop In Trouble
Another Pennington Gap, Virginia police officer is in trouble with the law. A grand jury indicted 38 year old John Kelly on two counts of distributing Percocet and Lortab. According to Sheriff Gary Parsons the charges are the result of an incident that happened while Kelly was on duty. Town officials have taken immediate steps to suspend Kelly from duty. He faces up to ten years in prison and fines up to one million dollars if he's convicted. (jb)
