Grand Jury Indicts Woman For Vehicular Homicide
The Sullivan County grand jury has indicted a woman on vehicular homicide charges stemming from a June crash. Jamie McClain was driving on Highway 75 in Blountville when her car crossed the center line and hit a truck. The driver of the truck, 62 year old Barry Myers was injured and died later at a local hospital. Myers was a retired Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper. McClain surrendered to sheriff's deputies and was placed under a 67 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
