The postmaster at East Tennessee State University has been fired. Harvey Byerley had opened a package intended for a student. Inside that package contained marijuana. Byerly contacted ETSU police and reported it. A few days later another packaged addressed to Marcus Dubose showed up. The First Judicial District Drug Task Force was called in and they arrested Dubose and roomate Sheldon Cooley. (jb)
