Woman Charged In Shooting Incident
A Russell County, Virginia woman has been arrested in shooting incident in which her daughter was shot in the throat. A man and a woman got into an argument and that's when Ethel Cole fired the gun. Two bullets went through a wall and hit the couple's 25 year old daughter in the throat. She was driven by family members to Clinch Valley Hospital in Richlands, but was later airlifted to the Bristol Regional Medical Center where she is in ICU. Ethel Cole is being held without bond.
