Two Arrested In Stabbing
Two men have been arrested in the Thursday robbery of a man outside of Food City in Coeburn. 38 year old Warren Ferrey and 52 year old David Jackson are alleged to have laid wait in a van, wearing disguises. They attacked 33 year old Bobby Gentry, an off-duty employee of the store when he got inside his car after cashing his check. Gentry was stabbed once in the chest. He has since been released from the hospital. Jackson was seen by witnesses pulling a .45 caliber handgun from his ankle area. It was recovered by police. (jb)
