Carter Residents Rally For Man And Daughter
Over a hundred Carter County residents came to the aid of a man and his daughter who lost their house in a fire two weeks ago. Members of the community brought household items, toys and even money to help Scott Oliver and his daughter Sydney. They are currently staying with relatives, but do have a house lined up to live in.
