Nasty Flu
TENNESSEE HAS BEEN BOMBARDED WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT STRAINS OF THE DREADED FLU VIRUS. DOCTORS AT MOUNTAIN STATES HEALTH ALLIANCE SAY THEY ARE SEEING AN INCREASE IN VISITS TO THE LOCAL EMERGECNY ROOMS, BUT THERE ISN'T MUCH THEY CAN DO WITH THE FLU. YOU CAN HELP PROTECT YOURSELF WITH JUST A FEW COMMON SENSE STEPS. WASH YOUR HANDS OR USE SANITIZER AND STAY OUT OF HOSPITAL AND DOCTOR WAITING AREAS PHYSICIANS SAYS YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOWN A FEW DAYS AT LEAST WITH THE STRAINS OF FLU CURRENTLY GOING AROUND THE AREA.
