Traffic was slowed this morning on Interstate 81 southbound between the Tennessee Welcome Center and the Exit 74 off ramp as Sullivan County Emergency crews responded to a crash about 8am. A downed power line complicated response and many motorists were forced to find alternate routes. (bg)
