OK Death Penalty
Prosecutors in Oklahoma are announcing the plan to seek death for a man accused of killing a four-year-old from Richlands, Virginia. 33-year-old Nathaniel Sloop is accused of beating his wife Stephanie sloop's son for days during his scheduled visit with his mother. Authorities say the little boy died a horrific death from being beaten, drugged, starved, and that the couple refused to seek and treatment for his injuries. Stacy's body was found buried in a shallow grave with his face disfigured. Prosecutors allege that was so it would be harder to identify his remains. The stoops will be tried separately for the murder of Ethan. (CC)
