VI College Placed on Probation
Virginia Intermont College was placed on probation for the next six months. Itís a new sanction from its accrediting agency, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. This is the next step as the college has been on warning for the past two years because its lack of financial stability. This means accreditation reaffirmation for Virginia Intermont for the next ten years has been denied.
