A subsidiary of Alpha Natural Resources facing several citations involving a fall that killed a mechanic at a West Virginia coal processing plant. 57-year-old Clyde Dolin fell after making climbing up an extended ladder. Officials for the mine safety health administration says that ladder extension had no base to it which is against safety standards.
