Johnson City police were scrambled to the Medical Center on the report that 2-3 males were planning a shooting at the facility. Police surrounded the facility and cleared each floor. It turns out that a woman who had been arrested earlier in the day for shoplifting, who had been taken to the medical center had called in the threat. 28 year old Sherry Morgan was taken back to the county jail where she was charged with Filing a False Report, shoplifting and resisting arrest. She is being held without bond. (jb)
