Man Charged Ninth Offense Driving On Revoked
An Elizabethton man has been arrested and charged with ninth offense driving on a revoked license. 56 year old Jason Berry was pulled over by Johnson City police for speeding. It was discovered that his license was revoked and he had been charged 8 other times. Police declared Berry a habitual motor offender. His vehicle was seized and towed to the city impound lot. Berry was also charged with speeding, no insurance and violation of the habitual motor offender law. (jb)
