The woman accused of calling in a shooting threat to Johnson City Medical Center has been arraigned in court. Sherry Morgan also called Sherry Pierce remains jailed under a 17 thousand dollar bond. Pierce reportedly called the switchboard of the hospital and told them that three men planned a shooting like the one that happened in Connecticut earlier in the month. Pierce was charged with resisting arrest and filing a false police report. Several police officers responded to the call and searched the building. Teresa Hicks with Mountain States Health Alliance says they do have emergency plans to put in place in case of an emergency. The hospital says they will use this incident to look over the procedures and evaluate what works.
