Homeowner Surprises Juvenile Burglar
A Johnson City homeowner surprised a would-be juvenile burglar Sunday afternoon. It happened on West Brook Lane. The juvenile ran from the residence when the homeowner confronted him. He was reported to be carrying a rifle when he ran from the home. A police search found a loaded shotgun. The 17-year old juvenile was located and arrested. He was charged with aggravated burglary, armed dangerous felony and underage consumption. (jb)
