A Richlands, Virginia woman is in jail in connection with a purse-snatching incident at Walmart. According to the Tazewell County Sheriff's Office 29 year old Neeka Dotson has been charged with one count of grand larceny. She was arrested after police circulated pictures of the purse-snatching at the Walmart in Pounding Mill. Dotson has posted a 750 dollar bond and has been released from jail. (jb)
