A Bristol, Virginia man is in jail in Johnson City for allegedy shoplifting at Lowe's. 22 year old Nicholas Lee Lawson is charged with theft over 500 dollars. He is currently in the county detention center under a 5 thousand dollar bond. Arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday. (jb)
