Carter County body
Carter County officials say it took until late Wednesday night to finish working the scene where skelatel remians were located. Those remains are currently at the University of Tennessee undergoing tests to help identify the body. Sheriff Chris Mathes says there were some clues as to the identity.. Mathes says the TBI is assisting in the invesitigation and until they get more results they are working the case as if it were a homicide. (CC)
