A Kingsport woman has been charged with reckless endangerment after driving under the influence with her 3 year old daughter in the car. Police observed 43 year old Denise Harless crossing the center line of the roadway in blind curves. She was stopped as she turned onto Orebank Road. Police observed her daughter in the back seat. Harless failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the Sullivan County Jail. (jb)
