Bond Granted For Woman Charged In Death Of Daughter
A Wise County, Virginia woman implicated in the death of her two year old daughter has been granted bond. Emma Marie Baldwin died in October. Her mother, Brandie Baldwin was arrested and charged with second degree murder and child abuse. Her boyfriend, Juwan Moore was indicted on capital murder and felony child abuse. A judge granted her a 25 thousand dollar secured bond. She must wear an electronic monitoring device and submit to weekly drug testing. The commonwealth is pursuing the death penalty against Juwan Moore. (jb)
