Scott Leaders Pass Meth Clean Up Law
Scott County, Virginia Board of Supervisors have passed an ordinance that will pass the cost of meth lab cleanup to the person charged in the crime. The law will take effect immediately. The ordinance is modeled off of a state statue that was passed last year. Scott County is the first county in Southwest Virginia to pass the cleanup law. (jb)
