Woman Arraigned On Statutory Rape
A Johnson City woman charged with five counts of statutory rape has been arraigned. 26 year old Leslie Ann Foster is said to have admitted to detectives that she had been in a consensual relationship with a 16-year-old. The encounters with the juvenile are alleged to have taken place at Foster's apartment. A judge lowered her bond from 50 to 30 thousand dollars. She will be back in court January 17th. (jb)
