A North Carolina woman has been arrested in Johnson City and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Gates County, North Carolina police confirmed a warrant for 24 year old Dorothy Farmer's arrest on a charge of Check Forgery. She is being held awaiting an extradition hearing. (jb)
