A woman is dead after a car crash in Unicoi. It happened around 5:30 Thursday evening. Police say that an elderly woman staring at a lottery ticket veered off the road, over corrected and flipped. It happend on Highway 107. Officers say that she was wearing a seatbelt. They don't believe that speed was a factor. The woman's name is being withheld pending notification of her family. (jb)
