A lawsuit filed against Johnson City by some Gray residents has been dismissed. City leaders want to expand the city's borders into the community. Several residents banded together and filed the suit to try to stop the annexation. Johnson City filed a motion in federal court to dismiss the action. A federal judge agreed on Thursday. (jb)
