United way goal
The United Way in Johnson City fell a little short of its goal this year, but that doesn't stop the good work. The process now begins to figure out what worthy organiztions will get funding from the United Way. This is Johnson City United Way Director Rev. Lester Latney... Each year several orgaizations like Girl Scouts, Boys and Girls club and some smaller local organiztions get funds from the United Way. (CC)
