AEP Working Hard to Keep Power On
With some experience in snow storms under their belt, AEP says they were prepared to do everything possible to eliminate as many power outages as possible. They’re equipped with extra personnel and GPS units to help find downed power lines due to heavy snow. AEP officials say crews have thousands of miles of power lines to cover and will tend to the largest outages where localities are in critical need first.
