School Safety Summit
Gate City police and Scott County, Virginia Schools will hold a school safety summit Friday. The summit will bring together law enforcement, educators and emergency responders to look at ways security can be improved at the county's 14 schools. It will be held from 9:00am until 2:00pm at the Career and Technical Center in Gate City. (jb)
