JC Police Arrest Man After High Speed Chase
A Greeneville, Tennessee man has been charged with kidnapping, assault, reckless endangerment and evading arrest by Johnson City police. An anonymous caller reported a suspicious vehicle on State of Franklin Road. 29 year old Brandon Rowe led police on a car chase before crashing on North Greenwood. Bond has been set at 125 thousand dollars. His arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning. (jb)
