Two Unicoi County Sheriff's deputies have resigned to avoid disciplinary action. Captain Rick Butler and Deputy Randall Killen were the subject of two separate internal investigations. According to a press release from Sheriff Mike Hensley, the deputies resigned after being presented with the findings of the investigation. (jb)
