Some cold Arctic air is blowing into Tennessee tonight. The National Weather Service said temperatures might rise about 10 degrees from this morning's lows, but then will drop dramatically after sunset. For tomorrow and Wednesday, highs are expected to remain below freezing in the Tri-Cities. (jb)
