The Appalachian Regional Coalition on Homelessness is conducting their annual count of the regions homeless. The count is mandated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 24 hour count includes 8 counties of Northeast Tennessee. The results of the count will determine how much money will be given from the federal government for homeless projects. (jb)
