Alleged Counterfeiter Surrenders To Cops
The man who was subject of a manhunt by Kingsport police for counterfeiting has surrendered. Police raided the Fort Henry Drive apartment of 23 year old Kenneth Boggs earlier this month. He jumped out of a back window and fled. Cops found 13 uncut sheets of counterfeit 10 dollar bills and printing supplies. (jb)
